Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements, JDs, and target profiles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and candidate closures
Maintain hiring trackers and share regular status updates
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
Hands-on sourcing experience for junior to mid-level roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet closure timelines
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS
Experience hiring for startups/agencies is a plus
