to support our ongoing hiring requirements. The ideal candidate will manage the recruitment lifecycle, source quality talent, and ensure timely closures across roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitmentincluding job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding support
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking* Conduct initial screening interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
Maintain candidate data and track recruitment progress
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work

Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is an added advantage
Freshers and experienced recruiters
