Role Overview:

As a

Freelance HR Recruiter

, you'll be responsible for

end-to-end hiring

for our digital roles from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and coordinating closures. This role is ideal for someone who understands the advertising/digital ecosystem and enjoys connecting the right talent with the right opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions. Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams. Maintain and update a candidate tracker for all open positions. Ensure timely closures for assigned digital roles. Share weekly progress reports and hiring status updates.

Requirements:
