Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.
Maintain and update a candidate tracker for all open positions.
Ensure timely closures for assigned digital roles.
Share weekly progress reports and hiring status updates.
Proven experience in recruitment (preferably for digital marketing or creative roles).
Strong sourcing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet closure deadlines.
Access to LinkedIn and relevant job platforms.
Available to work remotely and provide regular updates.
