Responsibilities

Ability to understand s.

Interaction with client to understand hiring needs.

Sourcing of Resumes & Profiles via Advertising & Job Portals.

Knowledge of Naukri , Shine ,Indeed ,LinkledIn etc Portals .

Screening of resumes as per requirement.

Calling to shortlisted resumes.

Aligning Interview for candidates whose resume has been shortlisted in coordination with client.

Support client in arranging required documents form selected candidates.

Follow up with selected candidate till joining.

Cordination with freelancers , Recruiters & clients .

Trackers Management .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,330.75 - ?20,000.00 per month

Experience:

Recruitments: 3 years (Preferred)

English (Preferred)
