Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Evaluate resumes and shortlist profiles aligned to job requirements.
Share validated candidate profiles with the internal HR team or hiring manager.
3. End-to-End Recruitment Coordination
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection cycle.
Facilitate salary negotiation and offer discussions when authorized.
4. Stakeholder Management
Maintain clear communication with hiring managers on progress, challenges, and candidate availability.
Provide timely updates on recruitment status and closure timelines.
Ensure smooth onboarding handover after a successful hire.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain proper documentation of candidate records, interview notes, and status trackers.
Adhere to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
Submit weekly/monthly MIS reports as agreed.

Qualifications & Experience

1-5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
Experience recruiting for IT, non-IT, or industry-specific roles is an advantage.
