Freelance Recruiter (Remote | Freelance) About Spixar:-

Spixar Technologies Solutions is a fast-growing advertising & marketing company. We are expanding our network and looking for Freelance Recruiters to support hiring for sales & marketing roles.

Role & Responsibilities:-

o Post jobs, source candidates, and screen resumes. o Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist profiles. o Share suitable candidates with the hiring manager. o Minimum commitment: 3 hrs/day, 5 days a week (for at least 3 months).

Payout:-

Earn up to ₹60,000 per hired & retained candidate (milestone-based payouts).

Growth Opportunities:-

High performers may get a full-time role after 3 months with 10-40% higher CTC + incentives.
