Source and identify potential candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and reports.
Assist the recruitment department with day-to-day hiring operations and follow-ups.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in overseas or technical domains).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary:
