Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and submit

Bangalore-based local candidates

for Customer Service Representative roles Leverage

own database, referrals, and local sourcing channels

(no dependency on job portals alone) Conduct initial screening for communication skills, availability, and role fit Coordinate interviews between candidates and the client Ensure

high candidate joining and retention rates

Maintain accurate candidate tracking and regular status updates Support bulk hiring targets within tight timelines
Candidate Profile / Requirements

Must be based in

Bangalore

Must have an

existing database of Bangalore local candidates

(mandatory) Prior experience hiring for

Customer Service / BPO / Call Center / Support roles

Strong understanding of volume hiring dynamics Ability to close positions quickly with minimal hand-holding Good communication and coordination skills Should be comfortable working on

freelance / success-based payment models

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
