Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for multiple client requirements
Source candidates through
Indeed, job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct
telephonic / virtual interviews
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and timelines
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Ensure
closure of positions within TAT
Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field (preferred)
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant
Hands-on experience with
Indeed and other job portals
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Ability to work on
multiple positions simultaneously
Good knowledge of hiring processes and interview techniques
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Skills
Experience in consultancy hiring
Bulk hiring / lateral hiring exposure
Client handling experience
