Freelance Recruiter
to partner with us on a project-by-project basis to source, attract, and secure exceptional talent for our digital marketing and advertising roles. As a freelance recruiter for KKBC, you will play a crucial role in helping us scale our team quickly and efficiently with the best professionals in the industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for an independent recruiter who possesses deep industry knowledge within digital marketing, strong sourcing skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding & Strategy:
Partner closely with KKBC's internal Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of specific job requirements, desired candidate profiles, and organizational culture for various digital marketing and advertising roles (e.g., SEO Specialists, PPC Managers, Social Media Strategists, Content Writers, Web Developers, Account Managers, etc.).
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates through various channels.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
Proactively source candidates using a diverse range of tools and platforms, including professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter), job boards, social media, specialized industry forums, and your own established network.
Conduct initial screening calls and comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills (both technical and soft), experience, cultural fit, and motivation.
Evaluate resumes and portfolios to identify candidates who meet the specified criteria.
Present a shortlist of highly qualified candidates to KKBC's hiring managers with detailed summaries of their fit.
Candidate Management & Communication:
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Schedule interviews between candidates and KKBC's hiring teams.
Act as a point of contact for candidate queries and provide constructive feedback.
Offer Management & Closing:
Assist in offer negotiations and facilitate the acceptance process to ensure a smooth transition for selected candidates.
Support the candidate through the initial stages of the hiring process until onboarding.
Market Intelligence:
Provide insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the digital marketing and advertising sector.
Reporting & Documentation:
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
Qualifications:
3+ years of demonstrable experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Headhunter, with a focus on roles within Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related technology sectors.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates.
Exceptional sourcing skills across multiple platforms, with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed and other job boards, and professional networks.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate technical abilities and cultural fit.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously with a high degree of independence.
Ability to work remotely and manage your own time effectively to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
