Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on candidate selection.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Gather feedback from interviews and facilitate the decision-making process.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with candidates and provide timely feedback.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Freelance Recruiter, preferably in the facility management, hospitality, real estate, hospitals, manufacturing or related industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
