- Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
- Utilize various channels to source and attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future recruitment needs.
- Screening and Shortlisting:
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews and initial interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on skill sets, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on candidate selection.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Gather feedback from interviews and facilitate the decision-making process.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and provide timely feedback.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Proven experience as a Freelance Recruiter, preferably in the facility management, hospitality, real estate, hospitals, manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
