across all departments to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for all factory departments (Production, Quality, Cutting, Finishing, Merchandising, HR, and Administration).
Define
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
and performance metrics for each department and role.
Map and document all
process flows
to ensure operational transparency and accountability.
Coordinate with department heads to understand current challenges and establish improved systems.
Set up a structured
reporting mechanism
and workflow tracking system.
Identify gaps in productivity, quality, and communication; propose corrective actions.
Monitor initial implementation and provide training/support to ensure adoption.
Ensure smooth coordination between
production, merchandising, and management teams
.
Deliver a final documented framework for sustained factory operations and management.
Requirements:
Minimum
8-10 years
of experience in garment manufacturing / export house operations.
Proven experience in
factory setup, process design, and system implementation.
Strong understanding of production planning, quality assurance, and compliance processes.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver within agreed timelines.
Proficiency in documentation, process mapping, and workflow tools.
