skilled freelance video editors and visual creators

who can capture

high-quality property photos and videos

using

drones, cameras, and creative angles

, and convert them into

professional marketing-ready content

This role is ideal for freelancers who understand

real estate / hospitality visuals

, aesthetics, storytelling, and brand presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Capture

property photos & videos

using DSLR / mirrorless camera and

drone

. Shoot

rooms, common areas, exterior, amenities

, and walkthrough videos. Edit videos into

short reels, walkthroughs, and portfolio videos

. Deliver

Instagram-ready, website-ready, and listing-ready content

. Maintain consistency, sharpness, color grading, and professional framing. Submit final content within defined timelines.

Required Skills

Strong command over

video shooting & editing

. Experience with

drone photography/videography

. Proficiency in

Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects

. Understanding of

lighting, angles, transitions, and pacing

. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Payment Terms
