To strengthen our program delivery, we are looking for a
formally trained Phonetics Trainer
who can bring precision, clarity, and child-friendly instruction to our early reading modules.
Role Overview
The Phonetics Trainer will work with young learners (ages 4-8) to develop correct pronunciation, sound awareness, and early reading fluency. The trainer will support learners through structured phonics-based sessions and collaborate with our curriculum team to reinforce best practices in early literacy instruction.
Key Responsibilities
Teach phonetic concepts, articulation of sounds, and blending/segmenting techniques to early learners.
Conduct engaging, child-friendly reading sessions aligned with Giftolexia's phonics curriculum.
Required Qualifications
Formal training in phonetics
(Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Speech & Hearing, English Phonetics, or equivalent certification).
Preferred Skills
Must be a graduate
Experience teaching phonetics, early reading, or foundational literacy--especially to young children.
Familiarity with multisensory teaching methods
Ability to create simple practice activities, sound drills, and reading exercises.
Strong working knowledge of English phonics
Excellent communication skills with a warm, child-friendly approach.
Ability to work online with reliable connectivity.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
