We are seeking an experienced

PF & ESI Compliance Consultant

to manage our statutory compliance requirements on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage PF & ESI registrations, monthly filings, and timely challan generation. Maintain accurate statutory records and ensure compliance with labour laws. Liaise with EPFO & ESIC portals for updates, submissions, and issue resolution. Provide guidance on statutory changes and compliance best practices. Support in audits, inspections, and documentation as required.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience handling PF & ESI compliance. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory regulations. Proficiency in EPFO & ESIC online portals. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
