Freelance Performance/Growth Marketer
to take full ownership of our digital advertising ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be an expert in maximizing ROI through sophisticated strategy, execution, and deep-dive analysis across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies focused on scalable growth and efficiency.
Ad Platform Mastery:
Own the end-to-end management, optimization, and scaling of campaigns across
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
, ensuring maximum efficiency and targeting precision.
Funnel Optimization:
Design, map, and optimize marketing and sales funnels, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO) at every stage from awareness to conversion.
Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct rigorous data analysis to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Provide clear, concise, and regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
Budget Management:
Efficiently manage advertising budgets to achieve aggressive ROI and growth targets.
Optimization:
Proactively test and iterate on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve performance.
End-to-End Ownership:
Take full responsibility for the performance marketing lifecycle, from initial strategy and setup to daily execution and final analysis.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven Expertise:
3+ years of professional experience as a Performance or Growth Marketer, with a track record of delivering significant ROI.
Platform Proficiency (Pro-Level):
Expert-level competency
in setting up, optimizing, and managing complex campaigns on:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, PMAX)
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram/Audience Network)
Analytical Prowess:
Strong ability to analyze data (e.g., in Google Analytics, platform reporting) and translate metrics into clear, strategic actions.
Goal-Oriented:
Demonstrated ability to focus on and consistently achieve high Return on Investment (ROI) targets.
Time Commitment:
Ability to consistently dedicate
2-4 hours per day
for execution and monitoring.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly Desirable (Added Advantage)
Healthcare Experience:
Previous successful experience in performance marketing for the
healthcare industry
or a similar highly regulated sector.
