Skills & Expertise: Good knowledge and hands-on experience with the software as required for the role
Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively
Prior experience working with freelancers or on contract-based projects is a plus
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Proficiency in relevant tools, software, or platforms specific to your project

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY? Perform paintwork with high quality on the complex shots? Coordinate with co-artists/Junior artists in the Given task (Shot-Captain)? On-Time delivery of shots-Status update of the shots internal to the team? Mentoring of the new entrants into the team and taking the trainingsessions? Solving of technical issues internal to the project and team? Supporting the first level of QC's for leads.
REQUIRED SKILLS? Applicant must have an artistic vision and creative thinking ability? Exceptional skill in at least one Paint software (Ex.,Silhouette, Nuke,etc.)? Proficient in creating clean plates? Additional knowledge of Rotoscopy and Tracking (2D & 3D) would bean advantage? Candidates with fine arts background are preferred, though not a must
