Key Responsibilities
Visit sports shops, fitness stores, gyms, distributors, and dealers
Promote and sell sports & fitness products through offline channels
Develop new dealer and distributor relationships
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
Generate sales orders and achieve agreed targets
Collect market feedback, pricing, and competitor insights
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and payments
Requirements
Experience in offline / field sales (sports, fitness, FMCG, or related industries preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling tools, and Excel
Two-wheeler preferred (if applicable)
Experience
1-5 years in offline sales
Freshers with strong interest in field sales may also apply
