About the Role

We are looking for a

freelance n8n automations expert

who can design, build, and optimize

AI-powered workflows, integrations, and tools

. The role involves building

end-to-end systems

-- from backend automation to frontend interfaces -- that make AI applications usable for real businesses.

You should be comfortable working with

APIs, databases, and no-code/low-code stacks

, while also integrating AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Stability, LangChain). If you enjoy solving complex workflow problems and turning ideas into usable AI products, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workflow Automation (n8n + APIs)

Design and deploy

complex n8n workflows

for AI tools, CRMs, and SaaS products. Connect APIs, databases, and third-party services into seamless automations. Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and error handling.

2. Backend Development

Build

API endpoints and backend logic

to support AI-powered apps. Work with

Node.js, Python, or similar

for server-side scripting. Manage database schemas (Postgres, Supabase, Firebase, MongoDB, etc.).

3. Frontend Development

Create

user-friendly frontends

(React, Next.js, or Vue) for AI workflows. Integrate UIs with backend APIs and n8n flows. Ensure responsive, clean, and intuitive user experience.

4. AI Integrations

Integrate

LLMs, image/video models, and vector databases

. Implement prompt chains, chatbots, and AI-powered assistants. Experiment with AI agents and multi-step automation.

5. Collaboration & Delivery

Work with product teams to

translate business needs into workflows

. Provide

clear documentation

for workflows and systems. Deliver projects on time with freelance flexibility.

Skills & Requirements

Proven experience with

n8n workflow automation

. Strong knowledge of

APIs, webhooks, and integrations

. Hands-on backend development (Node.js, Python, or equivalent). Frontend experience with

React, Next.js, Vue, or similar

. Database management skills (Postgres, Firebase, Supabase, etc.). Familiarity with

AI APIs and frameworks

(OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain). Strong problem-solving and debugging ability. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
