We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Freelance Multimedia Designer

to support our marketing and branding initiatives for

d.code

and

Wavelogix

. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create engaging visual content across digital and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Design & Ideation:

Design and brainstorm creative LinkedIn posters and content (approximately 2 posters per brand per month for d.code and Wavelogix).

Marketing Collateral Creation:

Design posters, presentations, and marketing emails as required by the sales and marketing teams.

Email Marketing & Newsletters:

Create marketing emails for company products and solutions, along with regular company newsletters.

Brochure Design:

Design company brochures for marketing and client communication.

Client Presentations:

Create customized presentations for client meetings based on specific business and branding requirements.

Holiday & Event Creatives:

Design visual creatives for holidays, festivals, and internal company events.

Event Marketing Assets:

Develop marketing and promotional videos, posters, and email campaigns for events such as GITEX and company-hosted events.

Case Studies:

Design and develop case studies for use on the website, presentations, and LinkedIn.

Product Portfolio:

Create and maintain product portfolios in PDF format.

Special Projects:

Design creative assets for the

20-Year Anniversary of Wavelogix (March)

.

Website Design Consultation:

Provide design consultation for d.code and Wavelogix websites.

LinkedIn Branding:

Design uniform LinkedIn banner templates for internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

Project Proposal Design:

Design visually engaging project proposals.

Tools & Software

Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere Pro Figma (for ideation, brainstorming, and wireframing) Mailchimp (email marketing and campaigns) Vtiger (email marketing and campaigns) Canva (birthday and work anniversary creatives)

Requirements

Proven experience as a Multimedia / Graphic Designer (freelance experience preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and marketing designs Excellent visual design and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Availability to work a minimum of 4-5 hours per day

Preferred locations only for this role are within Kerala, specifically Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, and Kozhikode. Locations outside Kerala are not preferred

Preferred Skills

Strong and excellent communication skills in English are preferred Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing
