About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate MBA HR Trainer to join our team as a freelancer. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of professional HR experience and a deep understanding of real-time HR practices. You will be responsible for delivering interactive, practical, and job-oriented training sessions to MBA HR students and early-career professionals, helping them bridge the gap between academia and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct live online training sessions on key HR functions (Recruitment, Talent Management, L&D, Payroll, HR Analytics, Compliance, etc.) Train students on real-world HR scenarios, best practices, tools, and frameworks. Provide personalized career guidance and interview preparation to help students land their dream HR roles. Design and deliver practical case studies, mock interviews, and project-based assignments. Stay updated with current HR trends, employment laws, and industry practices. Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement. Collaborate with academic teams and career mentors as needed.

Requirements:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. 5 to 10 years of professional HR experience in corporate or consulting environments. Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching MBA/PG students (preferred). In-depth knowledge of HR lifecycle, industry tools (HRMS, ATS, etc.), and current trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, empathetic, and passionate about student success. Must have a reliable internet connection and ability to conduct training from home.

Pay: ?9,136.74 - ?39,605.41 per month
