Freelance IT Recruiter
Remote, Work from Anywhere

We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to work as freelance recruiters on either a full-time or part-time basis.
Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates for IT roles using a variety of methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking

• Screen candidates and assess their skills and experience.

• Conduct initial interviews with candidates

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process

• Assist with the offer process and onboarding of new hires

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Experience in IT Technology Recruitment

• Strong understanding of the IT industry and the skills and qualifications required for various IT roles

• Ability to meet deadlines
