Job Title:

Freelance Sales Designer / Client Interaction Partner

(Interior Design / Architecture Background Preferred)

Archloom specializes in designing modern, functional interior spaces that blend aesthetics with purpose. We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic professional who can interact with clients, conduct site visits, and convert leads through strong communication and design understanding.

Position:

Freelance / Design Partner

(Remote + On-Site as required)

Experience Required:

1-2 years in client communication, sales, interior design, architecture, or related fields.

Primary Responsibilities:

Interact with potential clients to understand requirements and preferences Conduct site visits and share insights with the design team Present design ideas, mood boards, and proposals Convert leads into confirmed projects through communication and design-based sales Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth execution Maintain records of meetings, leads, and follow-ups
Skills & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar (preferred) Excellent communication and client-handling skills Confidence in conducting site visits and explaining design concepts Ability to work with design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva, etc.) Self-driven, persuasive, and goal-oriented Prior experience in interior sales or client coordination is a bonus
Location:

Lucknow (On-site visits required)

Compensation:

Freelance / Project-based / Commission-based
