We are seeking a highly experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience for a freelance project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions to support our enterprise-level systems and ensure robust access control and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement IAM strategies and architecture

Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and platforms

Support user provisioning, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and identity governance

Conduct audits and risk assessments related to IAM policies

Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance

Collaborate with internal IT/security teams and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of proven experience in Identity and Access Management

Hands-on experience with tools like Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, etc.

Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)

Expertise in RBAC, ABAC, PAM, and Zero Trust models

Experience working in a remote setting and EST time zone

Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities

Preferred:

Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CIAM, CISM, Microsoft/AWS Identity Certifications)

Previous experience with IAM in cloud and hybrid environments
