Roles and Responding:

Source candidates through

job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)

, social media, and internal databases. Screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and job fit. Conduct

telephonic, video, or initial HR screening interviews

. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely feedback collection after each round. Maintain proper communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ability to making new client with IT AND Non IT

Key Skills Required

Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Good Knowledge of Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) Negotiation & Persuasion Skills Time Management & Multitasking MS Excel / Google Sheets Understanding of IT & Non-IT Domains

Business Development executives have to focus on acquired new clients for our company.
