to support our talent acquisition efforts on a project or contract basis. As a freelance recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various roles across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or spreadsheets.
Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
Assist in negotiating offers and onboarding selected candidates, if required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job posting strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations is a plus.
