. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screening resumes and coordinating interviews Closing positions within given timelines Regular follow-ups with candidates and internal team Managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles

Requirements:

Prior experience in recruitment or HR Knowledge of sourcing channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently on targets
