Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Freelancing HR Recruiter to support our hiring activities on an assignment-based model. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment independently with strong communication and sourcing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the complete recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, and coordination. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and references. Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess suitability and communication. Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams. Maintain candidate trackers, documentation, and follow-ups. Provide timely updates on hiring progress.
Requirements

Prior recruitment experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple open positions independently. Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms. Must have a smartphone and stable internet connection.
Compensation

Performance-based payouts:
o ?3,000 per candidate joining

o Additional ?2,000 after the candidate completes 1 month retention criteria.
