Freelance HR Consultant for Two-Wheeler Retail Showroom

Part-time/Remote

Job Responsibilities:

Will focus on recruitment needs of dealership Create job descriptions based on recruitment needs Use various channels to find candidates for open positions Conduct first interview with candidate for screening Coordinate with other agencies to screen their candidates for recruitment Negotiate with candidates finalized for recruitment Can work remote, but once a week visit on site to meet with stakeholders and provide updates, understand recruitment needs, etc.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in HR field is must Must be willing to come on-site at least once in the week No fixed work timings, can work as per your schedule
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
