We are looking for a personable, organized, and proactive
Hospitality Desk Executive (Freelance)
to manage the hospitality desk at wedding functions. You will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing warm welcomes, managing check-ins, and assisting with any guest needs or inquiries.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage the
hospitality desk
at the wedding venue
Welcome and register guests
upon arrival
Verify guest lists
, distribute welcome kits, room keys, itineraries, or passes
Provide
event information
, schedules, and venue directions
Handle guest
queries and concerns
professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with wedding planners, logistics teams, and hotel staff as needed
Assist in managing
transportation schedules
, accommodation details, and vendor coordination
Maintain a
clean, organized, and presentable desk area
throughout the event
Provide support for
VIP guests
, elderly attendees, and out-of-town guests
Be available to
communicate any updates
or last-minute changes to guests
Requirements:
Prior experience in
hospitality
,
guest services
, or
event coordination
is preferred
Strong verbal communication in
English
(other languages are a plus)
Polite, well-groomed, and presentable at all times
Comfortable using basic tech tools (e.g., phones, tablets, check-in apps, WhatsApp)
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
Willing to work
long hours
