About the Role

We are looking for a

highly experienced Freelance Graphic Designer

with

6+ years of professional experience

who can deliver high-quality, brand-focused creatives with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, deep industry exposure, and the ability to understand brand strategy--not just design execution.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually compelling designs for

social media, performance ads, websites, landing pages, branding, and print

. Develop creatives aligned with brand identity, tone, and marketing objectives. Design high-conversion creatives for

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms

. Collaborate with performance marketing, content, and strategy teams. Translate briefs into impactful visual concepts quickly and accurately. Deliver multiple creatives while maintaining quality and consistency. Manage revisions efficiently and meet strict timelines. Prepare final assets for digital and print production.

Required Skills & Expertise

6+ years

of hands-on experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred). Expert-level proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva

(mandatory). Strong understanding of

branding, typography, layout, color psychology, and visual hierarchy

. Experience designing creatives for

ads, social media campaigns, and brand marketing

. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. Strong communication skills and professional work ethics. Ability to handle fast-paced, performance-driven requirements.

Nice to Have

Motion graphics or video editing skills (

After Effects, Premiere Pro

). Experience working with digital marketing agencies or growth-focused brands. Understanding of CRO and performance marketing principles.
