Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, ensuring efficient use of budgets and strong ROI.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR), providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Conversion Tracking & CRO:
Implement and manage tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) to measure performance and optimize conversion rates.
A/B Testing:
Conduct structured testing of ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
Budget & Bid Optimization:
Strategically allocate budgets and manage bids to maximize campaign efficiency and profitability.
Competitor Analysis:
Research competitors' ad strategies to identify opportunities and refine our campaigns.
Campaign Strategy:
Develop full-funnel ad strategies aligned with business goals, audience behavior, and the customer journey.
Creative Collaboration:
Work with creative teams to craft compelling ad copy and engaging visuals tailored to each platform.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years
of proven success managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in
healthcare marketing
is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads Manager.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and data interpretation.
Conversion tracking setup (GTM, Meta Pixel).
Landing page optimization and CRO practices.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze performance data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative & Strategic Skills:
Strong ad copywriting, strategic campaign planning, and audience segmentation expertise.
Adaptability:
Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Attention to Detail:
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with additional platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads).
Familiarity with remarketing and Lookalike audience strategies.
Knowledge of advertising compliance and policies.
