About Us:
We are a growing brand committed to providing top-tier service and building lasting customer relationships. To strengthen our digital footprint and credibility, we're looking for an experienced Online Review & Reputation Management Specialist to lead the charge across Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and Yelp.

Responsibilities:
-Audit & optimize existing profiles on Google, Trustpilot, and Yelp
-Create and execute a review acquisition strategy focused on organic and authentic customer feedback
-Develop customer outreach templates to encourage satisfied clients to leave reviews
-Respond to reviews professionally (both positive and negative) to reflect brand values
-Monitor review trends and report insights to help improve overall customer experience
-Ensure strict compliance with all platform guidelines (no fake or paid reviews)

Requirements:
-Proven experience managing and growing reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and Yelp
-Knowledge of each platform's algorithm, policies, and best practices
-Strong writing and communication skills for crafting outreach and responses
-Ethical, data-driven, and strategic in approach
-Familiarity with reputation management tools is a plus

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ?10,000.00 per month
