Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Trainer who is currently working in the IT industry and passionate about teaching. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, industry-relevant sessions and guiding learners through hands-on coding, projects, and assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct offline training sessions at our Vikhroli West campus.

Teach key technologies:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB (and related tools).

Explain concepts clearly with real-world examples.

Assist students with project work, debugging, and assessments.

Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and trends in web development.

Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Currently working as a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer.

Strong knowledge of MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

Good communication and presentation skills.

Prior teaching or mentoring experience (preferred, not mandatory).

Willing to conduct sessions offline at Vikhroli West.

Compensation

Per session basis:

?1,300 - ?1,600 per session

(depending on experience).
