Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Freelance French Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective French language training, developing curriculum, conducting mock tests, providing personalized feedback, and tracking the progress of learners. Effective communication, strong time management, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality French language training sessions. Develop and update comprehensive French language curriculum. Design and administer mock tests to assess learners' proficiency. Provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Offer individualized feedback to learners, addressing specific areas for improvement. Implement effective tracking systems to monitor learners' progress. Communicate clearly and effectively with learners, addressing questions and concerns. Manage training schedules efficiently to optimize learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

DELF/DALF certification or equivalent. DALF C1-level certification is highly desirable. Proven experience as a French Trainer or in a similar role. Excellent command of both English and French languages, both written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development in language education.
