Role Summary

The Adjunct Faculty (Trainer) is responsible for delivering high-quality

domain-specific training

to underprivileged youth/students. The role involves direct classroom interaction, maintaining comprehensive training records, and ensuring that the training content aligns with Naandi Foundation's standards and objectives.

Domain Skills - Trainers Required

We are

specifically looking for freelance trainers in the following four domains

:

Tally

Medical Coding

Advanced Excel

Generative AI

Applicants must have proven expertise in at least one of these areas.

Key Responsibilities

Training and Development

Deliver training in one or more of the above domain skills. Ensure training content is engaging, interactive, and effective in achieving learning outcomes. Apply both theoretical and practical approaches to strengthen skills and employability.

Data Collection and Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance registers, contact details, assessment sheets, and other necessary trainee records.

Reporting and Documentation

Prepare and submit training reports, including good-quality photographs/videos and case studies of each batch, to the State Representative in the prescribed formats. Maintain comprehensive documentation of training activities and assessments.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

Return all course materials/manuals/handouts to Naandi Foundation upon project completion. Use the provided content exclusively for Naandi Foundation training; do not share with external parties.

Communication and Coordination

Coordinate with the State Representative to ensure alignment with Naandi Foundation's training objectives and standards. Create a supportive and motivating learning environment for trainees.

Qualifications

A degree in a relevant field (Commerce, Computer Applications, Life Sciences, etc., depending on the domain). Prior experience in training or teaching

Tally / Medical Coding / Advanced Excel / Generative AI

(preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Tamil and English. Ability to engage and motivate learners.

Skills and Competencies

Expertise in at least one of the four listed

Domain Skills

. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. Strong documentation and reporting abilities. Commitment to the values and mission of Naandi Foundation.

Note:

This position may require travel within Tamil Nadu to various training locations. Flexibility and adaptability to different learning environments are essential.
