About the job Mere Mentor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full time Career Counsellor to join our team. Minimum of 3 years of experience in counselling students. A master\'s degree in Psychology is preferable. Language mandatory: English (Person with multilingual is preferable) (Kindly go through the JD, before you apply) Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Provide career counselling services to students, helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career paths. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to address students\' academic, career, and personal development needs. \xef\x82\xb7 Assess students\' interests, strengths, and goals to guide them towards suitable educational and career choices. \xef\x82\xb7 Assist students in exploring various educational programs, colleges, and universities. \xef\x82\xb7 Stay updated on educational and career trends, admission requirements, and job market demands to provide accurate and relevant guidance. \xef\x82\xb7 Administer and interpret aptitude tests, interest inventories, and personality assessments to help students understand their strengths and preferences. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress. \xef\x82\xb7 To involve in the research and development and come up with innovative ideas to up bring our company. Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience as an Educational Career Counsellor, preferably with a minimum of 1 years of experience. \xef\x82\xb7 A Master\'s degree in Psychology or a related field is highly desirable. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is mandatory for the candidate \xef\x82\xb7 Strong understanding of educational systems, career options, and admission processes. \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with aptitude tests, interest inventories, and personality assessments. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to empathize with students and provide appropriate guidance and support. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong organizational and documentation skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xef\x82\xb7 Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
