Oversee operations:

Ensure daily business activities align with company goals and manage overall productivity.

Strategic planning:

Develop and implement strategies for business growth, efficiency, and market position.

Financial management:

Create and manage budgets, forecast revenue, control costs, and report on financial performance.

Team and staff management:

Supervise employees, conduct performance evaluations, and support hiring, training, and development.

Problem-solving:

Address operational issues, improve workflows, and make critical decisions to guide the company.

Reporting:

Prepare reports for management and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
