We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Freelance Business Development Manager to expand our client base and foster new business opportunities in the media, advertising, and AI-driven creative production sectors.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ad film production, post-production, and AI-based video solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, brand managers, and media companies. Understand client needs and propose customized creative and post-production solutions aligned with our AI-driven capabilities. Collaborate with internal creative, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings, especially in AI-enhanced ad film making. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring mutually beneficial business arrangements. Track and report on business development activities and targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in media production, advertising, or digital content industries. Understanding of post-production workflows and emerging AI technologies in ad film production is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a passion for driving growth and innovation. Ability to work independently as a freelancer managing multiple clients.
