Role Overview
You will be responsible for designing and optimizing Stellites' outbound strategy - from targeting and positioning to messaging frameworks and follow-up workflows.
Your role is managerial and strategic, not executional. You'll guide, review, and mentor BDE ensuring messaging, outreach tone, and lead qualification processes align with company goals and conversion targets. Also any new things to do to give better result in customer conversion then right now.
You'll report directly to the Head of Delivery, aligning BD goals with delivery capacity, pricing, and service strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and refine the overall outbound and conversion strategy for IT and digital service offerings.
Create frameworks for target segmentation, value positioning, and ICP-based outreach.
Define the sales funnel KPIs and optimize for conversion ratios and deal velocity.
Team Management & Oversight
Supervise and mentor BDE - review his messages, scripts, and follow-ups for tone, structure, and impact.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and provide actionable guidance for message personalization and client handling.
Ensure follow-ups, meeting setups, and responses are consistent and high-quality.
Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with Delivery Managers to align outreach with service capacity and pricing.
Support in proposal refinement, pitch strategy, and pre-sales documentation where required.
Report weekly progress, insights, and improvement plans to leadership.
Required Skills & Competencies
7+ years of B2B business development experience in IT or digital marketing sectors.
Proven track record of strategizing and improving sales conversion systems.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn-based lead generation, though not executing it daily.
Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
Experience mentoring or managing BD Executives or SDRs.
Familiarity with modern CRM, sales automation, and AI-assisted BD tools.
Ability to interpret data and make strategic adjustments to improve outreach efficiency.
