About the Role:
Ashra Technologies is looking for an experienced and motivated Freelance Business Development Manager (IT) to help us expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new client leads, establishing partnerships, and bringing in IT staffing and project requirements from potential clients.
This is a freelance, performance-based role ideal for professionals who have a strong network in the IT industry and can work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for IT staffing and project outsourcing.
Generate business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online platforms such as LinkedIn.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers and HR heads.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the delivery/recruitment team for fulfillment.
Negotiate business terms, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships.
