Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Business Development Executive to join our team on a temporary, commission-only basis. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social selling (LinkedIn, etc.).

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential leads.

Present company products/services effectively, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.

Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales in CRM systems.

Provide regular updates on business development activities and pipeline progress.

Requirements:

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, commission-based role.
