Role Summary



The

Freelance Bidding Executive

is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and winning project opportunities from freelancing platforms and global networks. The role involves writing tailored proposals, maintaining client communication, understanding requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for project execution.

This is a performance-oriented role ideal for candidates who enjoy researching, writing proposals, and converting leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities



Search, shortlist, and analyze suitable projects on platforms like

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, PeoplePerHour

, etc. Write

customized proposals

and communicate with clients professionally. Understand client requirements and prepare preliminary documentation or cost estimates. Coordinate with technical teams for proposal drafting and timeline estimation. Maintain records of bids, proposals, responses, and conversion ratios. Follow up on proposals and nurture potential clients for long-term association. Support sales and business development by identifying recurring project patterns or demand trends.

Mandatory Skills



Excellent

written English communication

and proposal writing ability. Good understanding of

freelancing platforms
