Role Overview:



We are seeking qualified and experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Sociology to support curriculum and content development for K12 students under the CBSE and ICSE/ISC boards. The SME will be responsible for developing well-structured lesson plans, assessments, and teaching aids aligned with NCERT/CBSE and CISCE curriculum standards.



Key Responsibilities:



Develop high-quality, curriculum-aligned content for K-12 grades in your subject area (CBSE and ICSE/ISC).



Design lesson plans, assessments, activity-based tasks, and teacher support materials.



Ensure content is age-appropriate, accurate, and pedagogically sound.



Align all deliverables with CBSE (NCERT) and CISCE guidelines.



Review and enhance existing academic content when required.



Collaborate with the academic and editorial teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials.





Requirements:



Master's degree in the respective subject (Sociology).



Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in CBSE and/or ICSE/ISC-affiliated schools.



Strong knowledge of CBSE (NCERT) and CISCE curriculum frameworks and exam patterns.



Excellent written English and academic communication skills.



Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.



Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in educational content writing or curriculum design.



Familiarity with digital learning tools and EdTech platforms.
