for working professionals and students. We are building a strong network of admission counsellors to connect learners with the right career-focused programs.

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic

Freelance Admission Counsellors

who can leverage their network, interact with potential students, and guide them towards enrolling in online degree programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to prospective students (working professionals, UG/PG aspirants). Counsel and guide them on suitable online degree programs. Share program details, address queries, and assist with admission formalities. Work closely with the Next Step Edu team for training, updates, and admissions support. Leverage personal/professional networks to generate leads and conversions.

Requirements:

Strong communication and counseling skills. Prior experience in student admissions, counselling, or sales (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to generate leads through own network (students, working professionals, coaching centres, institutions, etc.). Self-motivated and result-driven. Comfortable working on flexible hours as per convenience.
