Job Description

We are looking for a

talented and detail-oriented 3D Artist

to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, lighting, and materials -- capable of transforming architectural concepts into

photorealistic 3D visuals

that bring spaces to life.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for

interior and exterior architectural projects

. Work closely with architects and designers to visualize concepts accurately. Develop realistic lighting, textures, and materials for renders. Ensure timely delivery of visual assets for presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.

Requirements:

Proficiency in software such as

3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, Blender, or Unreal Engine

. Strong understanding of

lighting, composition, and detailing

. Experience in both

residential and commercial

visualization. Ability to interpret 2D drawings and convert them into 3D models. A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating lifelike visuals.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Photoshop or other post-production tools. Experience in animation or walkthrough rendering.
