The Fraud Risk / AML Expert - Senior Consultant will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and mitigating financial fraud risks across banking and digital payment ecosystems. The role focuses on advanced fraud pattern analysis, AML investigations, CFCFRMS data analysis, and handling high-value fraud cases while ensuring compliance with RBI and NPCI regulations. The position requires strong analytical capability, domain expertise in payment systems, and coordination with stakeholders to strengthen fraud prevention frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze fraud patterns across banking systems and digital payment platforms.
Perform CFCFRMS data analysis, exit mode analysis, and support system enhancements.
Handle high-value fraud cases and provide expert inputs for fraud mitigation strategies.
Support data correction, validation, and quality improvement initiatives.
Analyze transaction behaviors across payment channels such as UPI, IMPS, AePS, etc.
Provide analytical and regulatory inputs aligned with RBI and NPCI guidelines.
Prepare detailed analytical reports, documentation, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university/institution.
Relevant certifications in Fraud Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), FinTech, Accounting, or Finance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking and financial services, fraud risk analysis, and AML operations.
Experience with CFCFRMS or similar fraud monitoring systems and large-scale financial data analysis.
Knowledge of machine learning-based fraud detection techniques and cybersecurity principles.
Strong understanding of digital payment technologies including UPI, IMPS, AePS, and related ecosystems.
Sound knowledge of RBI and NPCI regulations related to fraud prevention and AML compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality analytical reports.
