We are looking for a sharp and analytical individual to join us as a Frappe ERPNext Functional Trainee. This role is designed for someone interested in the functional and business side of ERP systems. You will undergo intensive training to become an expert in ERPNext modules, learning how to map business processes, configure the system, and support users. This is a perfect launchpad for a career as an ERP Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.

Roles and Responsibilities
Undergo comprehensive training on various ERPNext modules like
Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, HR & Payroll, and Buying/Selling
.
Learn to analyze and map real-world business processes to ERPNext functionalities.
Assist in configuring and customizing ERPNext settings, fields, forms, and workflows to meet specific business needs.
Support the functional team in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new implementations and customizations.
Learn to create user manuals, process documents, and training materials.
Provide first-level support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving their functional queries.
Work on data migration tasks, including data cleaning, formatting, and import into ERPNext.
Collaborate with technical trainees/developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with 0-1 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Prior internship or academic project experience involving business process analysis is highly valued.
Must be willing to commit to the 12-month employment contract.
