You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your primary focus will be on implementing application features, ensuring code quality, and delivering high-performance software. What You Will Do Develop web-based business applications using the Frappe framework and Python programming language. Design and implement application features, modules, and workflows according to business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality software delivery. Optimize application performance and scalability through code optimization, database tuning, and caching techniques. Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality. Document technical specifications, system architecture, and user guides for developed applications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and frameworks related to web development and Frappe. What You Have Solid experience in web application development using Python. Proficiency in Frappe framework and familiarity with its ecosystem. Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 5-7 years of professional experience in mobile application development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
