Job Title: Franchise Development Manager - Ice Cream Retail Outlets

Location: Chennai

Experience Required: 3-5 years in franchise development (preferably F&B or retail)

Age Limit: Below 40 year

About the Role:

We are a growing ice cream brand looking for a passionate and driven Franchise Development Manager to spearhead our retail expansion in Chennai and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new franchise partners, ensuring smooth store launches, and supporting long-term franchise success.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard potential franchisees for ice cream outlets across Chennai

Conduct area analysis and market mapping for expansion opportunities

Present franchise business models and ROI plans to interested investors

Coordinate with legal teams for documentation and agreement closures

Assist franchise partners in outlet setup, branding, and initial supply chain coordination

Provide initial training and operational support to new outlets

Monitor store performance post-launch and ensure compliance with brand standards

Maintain strong relationships with franchisees to drive performance and retention

Represent the company in franchise exhibitions and local networking events

Eligibility & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline

Minimum 3 years experience in franchise development, especially in the food & beverage or retail sector

Fluent in English and Tamil (preferred)

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Willing to travel within the region

Target-oriented with a hands-on attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
